APPROVAL POLICY
Upon receipt of a copy of a valid drivers license via fax, mail or email, we will ship prepaid, up to two instruments and/or two bows chosen from the listed inventory, on approval, for a period of two weeks from date of shipping. If a purchase is made, payment in full must be received within one week following the trial period. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed. If no purchase is made, all merchandise shall be returned, pre-paid by the customer. The original carrier and method shall be utilized for all returns.
GUARANTEE POLICY
There is no warranty or guarantee as to condition or authenticity attached to any purchase. However, should a restoration fail for reasons other than trauma within a period of one year from date of purchase, (i.e. a crack opens) it will be repaired free of charge with all shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
REFUND POLICY
A full refund, minus shipping costs, will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise in good condition within 30 days of the purchase date. A 75% refund is available for up to one year from the purchase date.
